Time: 14:00 Jeepneys leave Premiere Hotel

Location: Palm Canyon Estates aka Randy's Place, in San Martin. Go over the Bridge to Nowhere (Sacobia River Bridge) and follow the road for 2.3km to the T-Junction. Turn left and follow the road 3.5km through the Aeta Village, then turn right on the marked concrete road. Go 100m, then turn left into Palm Canyon Estates. Take a left at the Y Junction and look for the cars on top of the hill. Turns will be marked with Paper and/or Powder. GPS: 15.230972, 120.494528 (15°13'51.5"N 120°29'40.3"E) (6FJV+9RJ) (https://maps.app.goo.gl/PQ6MMxW4mrgNZkZE7). BE AWARE that the turn down the marked road at the top of Randy's Place is very steep on the right side, and cars should approach as far to the left as possible. Journey time from Premiere Hotel to Randy's Place is approx 35 minutes. REMINDER: The Jeepney(s) leave the Premiere Hotel promptly at 2 pm, so please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier to avail of this service. Due to the possibility of further heavy rain this Sunday, the covered area known as Trump House has again been made available for us to use, and the road within Randy's Farm may be utilised for parking, as the normal grass parking area may be too wet. The Hares will advise accordingly. The On Home is at the Premiere Hotel.

Remarks: San Martin is a naturally hilly area, so all trails involve hills. The Medium Trail is approximately 5 km long, and keeping dry-feet is possible, weather permitting. The short trail is approximately 3 km long and is dry-feet weather permitting. For those wishing a longer trail, the Medium can be converted to a 7.5 km long by adding on the completely seperate short trail. If these trails are too long or arduous for you, then please ask the hares for alternative shorter, easier options.

Continue to Y in the road, look for marks leading to parking entrance. GPS coordinates: 15*14’56.23” 120*31’30.29” or N15.2489 E120.5251 Three trails: Easy, Medium, and Difficult (5km) All dry feet (except puddles), one (smallish) hill for the difficult trail. 2321 8/6/2023 To get to run start, across Bridge to no where, right at the T, stay on main road past the Rock crushing plant through construction area, go over steel Baily bridge, Follow concrete wall strait, continue strait, veer left on single road, follow onto new roadworks to underpass. 2421 7/6/2025 TB2SW (The Bridge to Somewhere). Go over TB2NW(The Bridge to Nowhere aka Sacobia River Bridge), then first road left, continue under the bridge, continue on road for approx 2km. Cars can be parked under TB2SW. Co-ordinates: 15.22892,120.54910 (15°13'44.1"N 120°32'56.8"E) 6GHX+HJ9. The On Home is at Premiere Hotel. Jeepney(s) leave the Premiere Hotel at 2.00 pm SHARP Journey time from the Premiere Hotel is approx 25 minutes. Scenic trail goes around the lake and is about 4.5km. 2294 1/22/2023 The run this week will be in Porac. The same location I used a few times recently. Directions: Proceed to the center of Porac Town. Turn right at bridge and go past City Hall. Keep Going straight about 1 km and just past the RRG Water Refilling Station, you will see a marked turn to the right. Follow the dirt road and marks to the run site. 15.08103, 120.53043 GPS coords Short trail about 3.5 km. Medium trail about 6 km. Floppy Dick
2432 9/21/2025 "Jun's Farm", 15.25232, 120.52422, not far from "Kurt's Mango Orchard". Drive over TB2NW, Right at T-junction, Right at rock crushing plant. After passing over the river on the Baily bridge, pass the wall, turn left at sign "Goshen resort" and left again on 4-lane road. Continue for about 2km and when you get to "Kurt's Mango Orchard" make a right (turn will be marked), proceed a few hundred meters down the road and make a right turn into the farm (turn will be marked). Short 3km. Long 6km with a somewhat challenging decent. ON HOME PREMIERE. Floppy Dick
2419 6/22/2025 "Jun's Farm", 15.25232, 120.52422, a new spot not far from "Kurt's Mango Orchard". A great spot on a small farm with lots of shade from Mango Trees. Go to Kaput's traffic circle and go across The Bridge to Somewhere. Drive about 3km and get off on the exit for Goshen Resort (small white sign says “To Bamban. To Goshen”. You are now at the spot where Stolen Property and Sirena had their run on June 8. Make a U-turn and go under the bridge. Continue for about 2km and when you get to "Kurt's Mango Orchard" make a right (turn will be marked), proceed a few hundred meters down the road and make a right turn into the farm (turn will be marked). The short trail is less than 3km and the long trail is about 6km. On Home Premiere. Floppy Dick & Kaput
2131 6/9/2019 ((Google Maps type: 15.243963,120.521274)) Go over Sacobia River Bridge (Bridge to Nowhere) follow road to the T junction at the end, turn right. Follow road 2km. Turn left immediately after the big shelter for trucks. After rock crushing plant turn 1st right. Follow dirt road for 1.5km. Right turn will be marked. Park near my car (silver hilux), walk down slope towards river for the start. Short 5.5km (Flat) Medium 6.5km (with 1 climb) Long 9km (with 1 climb) All trails have shallow river crossings. 2472 6/28/2026 15.25345, 120.52210, not far from "Kurt's Mango Orchard". Drive over TB2NW, Right at T-junction, Right at rock crushing plant. After passing over the river on the Baily bridge, pass the wall, turn left at sign "Goshen resort" and left again on 4-lane road. Continue for about 2km and when you get to "Kurt's Mango Orchard" make a right (turn will be marked), proceed about half a km to the parking spot. Short 4km. Nothing difficult on the short. Long, longer. I added two long loops. The first long loop involves a bit of bush bashing and the second long loop has a steep decent. Floppy Dick
2324 8/27/2023 7GVM+949 (7GVP+P45) Magurol-gurol, Anupul, Bamban, Tarlac. Coordinates: 15.2942728, 120.5353657 (15 17 39.4N, 120 32 07.3E). Directions 3.5km approx after Bamban Bridge turn left (at 7/11). Travel approx 3km then you will see a small road to the right marked with Paper, Powder and a Sign. Wet Feet. Short trail is a fairly easy 3km Approx, Medium trail is a fairly hard 4Km Approx, but it feels longer. Farmer gave permission to park, and will be selling some of their products. 2 trails, no significant hills, dry feet. All easy going. Short 4km, medium 6,8km. Kuya Gay & David
1861 4/6/2014 A TO A, Across the Bridge to Nowhere Crime scene near San Vicente Agricultural College Look for White powder for start. Not your usual suspect of a Trail.
