Location: Across BTNW. Right at T. Follow road past rock crushing plant and over steel Baily Bridge. AFTER the wall on the left (200m after bridge) turn left. At the 4 lane road turn left and go under the overpass onto the dirt road. Follow for about 2k until you come to the split. Turn Right up the hill NOT THE FIELD ROAD! About 200m there is a farm on the left. That is the parking. 15.252032, 120.522592 gps.

Remarks: 1 trail 1 hill about 5k. Lots of shade on the trail. Circle is shaded. DO NOT PARK IN THE SHADE! SHADE IS FOR PEOPLE-NOT CARS!Remember water as it is hot weather. It is at a farmers house so respect it and do not leave a mess. On On!

2300 3/12/2023 Barangay Manuali. There are two ways to reach the dike road in Cuayan. One is the usual road through brgy Cuayan from police station 5 at Friendship Hwy/Poinsettia Av. The second is from the cement factory, close to Friendship gate, through brgy Anunas over the new bridge to the dike road. When there, follow dike road past brgy Manuali's barangay hall, after 90 degree left turn, continue 100 meter along dike road, turn right down from dike road into field. 15°08'33.7"N 120°31'15.2"E Trail lengths: Short 4km with a U-turn, Medium 7.8km. 2262 6/12/2022 Porac - Turn right at the bridge, go past the Town Hall, after 2.5 km follow road left. The turn will be marked. Continue past the small village and go down and cross the shallow river. Two trails: Short 3km, Long 7km. There is a beautiful waterfall on trail. Click on run # for picture. 3234 Anniversary run and 1st Oktoberfest 11/5/2023 Under TB2SW (the new bridge from the roundabout on Prince Balagtas Av.) Go over TB2NW, first left, drive under the bridge, continue 2km to under bridge or go over the spillway. Fee 1000 peso for hashers and 700 for hariettes. T-shirt and meal. Trails: Short, easy and boring 4km. Plus a highly recommended nice 6.5km trail Two Snakes & Agent Orange

Take MacArthur hiway to Bamban, continue on for 1.5km, then a Left turn up the Mianang rd, on for Approx 1.2km, then look for a clearing on the right side, near a large brick wall.. A to A. MacArthur highway to Bamban, over the bridge(coathanger) continue on for about 1Km, then it's a Left turn up the mianang rd.on for about 1.5Km, then it's a Right turn, will be marked in Calsamite. Mt.Arayat.. go through Magalang, turn left then right onto Magalang-Pac Rd.At pampanga Agri College roundabout go left,Just to clarify this roundabout, go around and take the second exit, continue for about 3km, then it will be a right turn,marked with calsamine from that point to the start. 1768 6/24/2012 Far end of Mainang ridge. 600/700 metres past the Bamban bridge take the left turn and drive up to Mainang. When concrete end keep driving until you reach our early jeepney. If you are too bloody early do not drive down the right side track at end of ridge. 8.4Kms. Narrow stream muddy in parts. Small bridge but slippy so trail marked across stream. 1948 12/6/2015 Clark Picnic Grounds, first parking area after El Kabayo Stables. A to A run, easy 5km (10km if you want to go around twice). Slightly wet feet. Paper will be multii-colored, don't get confused with last week's run. You may see some hungry horses that would appreciate any food you can bring for them. OH Premiere. Titanic DH and KFC
2329 10/1/2023 Go past Puning Hot Spring (Sapang Bato / Target). The circle can be found approximately 1-2km further up the dirt road after passing Abel’s Farm. Car sharing/jeepney is preferable as there is limited parking space. Dry feet. One or two technical elements, although suitable for both runners and walkers. Short Trail: Approximately 3km. Long Trail: Approximately 5-6km. Tit Face, Kunt Thief & Stolen Property
